The Menton outdoor armchair is a tastefully stylish piece of outdoor seating, manufactured in fine quality plantation teak. Boasting a substantial teak frame, beautifully tapered arm and slatted seat & back, the Menton will fit seamlessly into any outdoor setting.

The frame is crafted with solid teak, a strong and durable hardwood grown in plantations to ensure a sustainably farmed and renewable supply. Teak is naturally resistant to weathering, rot and pests, which means your armchair will maintain its beautiful appearance for years to come.  

The handmade cushions are upholstered here in the UK with Moss Aquaclean® Solent fabric manufactured in Spain. Aquaclean® Solent is a water and UV resistant outdoor fabric made with an innovative fabric treatment technology that allows you to clean stains using only water. The Solent texture is softer to the touch than standard outdoor fabrics with a slight boucle for a luxurious feel.

The high quality seat foam is made specifically for the Menton armchair to create an comfortable sitting surface, this is then rounded off with well filled, fibre back pads to create the perfect level of comfort.

Please note, although our outdoor fabrics are water resistant, we recommend covering the cushions during prolonged wet weather or when not in use to ensure it remains in its best condition.

Teak care:
All of our outdoor teak items are supplied in their natural state, without any additional oil treatments. Over time, the teak will develop a beautiful silver-grey patina due to exposure to the elements. If you prefer to maintain the wood’s original colour, you might consider applying teak oil or teak sealer. This should be done every 6-12 months, depending on the product you use, to preserve the wood’s natural hue.

This armchair comply with strict FLEGT regulations to ensure the legality of the wood and are made from plantation teak sourced from Indonesia. All Indonesian teak must adhere to the strict FLEGT (Forest Law Enforcement, Governance, and Trade) and EUTR (EU Timber Regulation) rules, ensuring the timber’s sustainability and legality. Indonesia voluntarily participates in this scheme to maintain its excellent reputation in manufacturing.
